If we need to make an item first, we will need 3 – 6 weeks to produce it before we can dispatch. This can vary if you the client has not finalised a colour*. Delivery of that item will be within 24 to 48 hours after despatch. We will keep you up to date with emails as the item is being produced. We can also send images of the build in some instances.
*If a client has not finalised a colour, then the production time may be affected until the colour is finalised.

As we ethically source the timber from our local suppliers, we can’t guarantee the timber you have selected will be readily available. You may always call us to ask timber availability before you purchase. Our team will then take you through the purchase over email & phone.

If you have already clicked and purchased don’t worry! We will be in touch to discuss when the timber will be available. If it is not available, then we can issue a full refund or find something else you like from available timber.

What is considered UK mainland?
England, Wales, and Scotland excluding those adjacent islands governed from the mainland. the islands that lie off the coast of mainland Britain.

Delivery costs will vary for non-mainland UK. When the item is produced and packaged it will be weighed. We will email the delivery cost which will be additional to the cost shown on the website. (Typically, between £15 GBP and £45 GBP depending on weight***.)

What is considered non-mainland UK?
This section covers specific information relating to delivery to non-mainland UK addresses including Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (Includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man); Northern Ireland; Republic of Ireland; Mainland Europe (Not currently available); Rest of the World (Not currently available).
